The Leonard M. Friedman Bar Association, formed in late 2008, was named in honor of the late Justice Leonard M. Friedman,
a prominent member of the Sacramento Jewish community and jurist who
served on the Sacramento County Municipal and Superior Courts, as well
as on the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District.
The Association’s mission is to serve as an educational resource, voice
and forum for Jewish attorneys and judges on issues relating to the
practice of law, the courts and the community.
